How to get the best from your Champagne -

Champagne changes it's taste when travelling and especially when flying. Try to let the bottle stand for 24-48 hours if possible so that the taste returns to it's best.

Always serve chilled !

To avoid "foaming" in the glasses, make sure that glasses are properly rinsed with water. The use of dishwashers on glasses can leave a microscopic film on the glassware which can cause foaming.
